9:00 AM – Explore a Local Market
Stroll through a vibrant Vietnamese market with our guide. Learn how locals shop for fresh ingredients, discover unique herbs and spices, and enjoy tasting seasonal tropical fruits. You’ll also help select the fresh produce for your cooking class.

10:00 AM – Arrive at the Cooking Venue
Upon arrival at our peaceful cooking space, relax with a refreshing welcome drink. Then get ready to roll up your sleeves and start cooking!
This hands-on class allows you to cook your selected dishes yourself, guided by our experienced chef. You’ll learn authentic Vietnamese cooking techniques and the stories behind each dish.

12:30 PM – Enjoy Your Culinary Creations
After cooking, sit down and enjoy the delicious meal you’ve made. It’s time to taste the fruits of your labor!

Menu Selection
We will send you a full menu in advance. You’ll be able to choose the dishes you wish to cook — usually one appetizer and three main dishes for the group. Please select your dishes before the class so we can prepare everything for you.
