On this tour we combine two of the most popular places to visit in our region but we also include the beauty of the Vietnamese countryside and a refreshing stop at a peaceful and secluded waterfall.

The Marble Mountains are stunning, steeped in history and amazing craftmanship, from the carved out caves and Pagodas to the hundreds of hand carved stone steps and breathtaking views of Da Nang and it’s coastline, this is truly a memorable visit.
Central Vietnam has a rich history, none more so than the ancient ruins of the Hindu temples from the 4th to 13th-century Champa Kingdom at World Heritage My Son Sanctuary.
We arrive about lunchtime when there are not many buses or large crowds it also our delicious local lunch stop.
You can explore by yourselves at your leisure or for a small fee an experienced guide will guide you and explain the cultural significance and interesting facts about the sanctuary.

On this tour we pass through small villages stopping to watch how rice paper is made. We also visit a secluded waterfall where, if you like, you can take a refreshing swim in crystal clear mountain water. This tour combines history, culture, breathtaking scenery and local interaction, a memorable Vietnam experience.
- 8.00am: Pickup At Your Hotel
We will meet in the lobby of your hotel.
- 8.30am: See Magical Marble Mountain
Our first stop is Marble Mountain. The tour price includes entry and lift fees and you are free to explore the many wonders of the mountain, usually most guests take about 90 minutes, but feel free to take more or less. You can come down from the mountain via the handmade staircase or the elevator.
- 10.00am: Trip To My Son Sanctuary
When you are ready we leave marble mountain and head towards My Son Sanctuary. Traveling at a leisurely comfortable speed on smaller country roads so you can enjoy the local scenery we take about 90 minutes to get to the Sanctuary. You are welcome to stop wherever you like for photos, our itinerary times are a guide, your enjoyment is more important so we go at your preferred pace. Along the way we will stop for a coffee break
- 12.10: Arrive at My Son Sanctuary
We arrive at My Son sanctuary but first lunch, then we start our tour of the Sanctuary. Most visitors take about an hour or so to wander through, we provide a complimentary experienced sanctuary guide to explain the cultural significance of many of the ruins. The name My Son means “beautiful mountain” and the Hindu ruins are dated to between the 4th and 13th centuries, these ancient towers and temples sit upon emerald hills in the Duy Xuyen District of Quang Nam in central Vietnam. This is a UNESCO World Heritage site and you are free to explore the 71 structures in 8 groupings making up the sanctuary. This is a wonderful example of Vietnam’s rich indigenous culture.
- 14.30: Visit The Rice Paper Village
After all this exploring it’s time to relax so we’re off to the waterfall where you can have a refreshing swim in crystal clear mineral springs. On the way there we stop at the rice paper village to watch villagers make rice paper and rice noodles. You are welcome to have a go at making rice paper, not as easy as it looks. The waterfall is beautiful and the water is cool, safe and inviting. You can swim if you like and take as much time as you like.
- 16.30: Hotel Arrival
We head for home using quiet country roads and at a relaxing pace arriving at your hotel about 17.15.
