We will not post your name, image or other personal information to our website or other social media platform without your express consent.
Booking Confirmation
Once we have confirmed a booking we will issue a confirmation advice by email. We require a deposit of 50% to confirm the booking. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer.
The balance of the tour payment is due 48 hours before the tour commences.
For tours commencing within 48 hours of the booking time the full payment is payable on booking.
Refunds
Payments by credit card will be refunded to that card. Payments by bank transfer or cash will be refunded either in cash or bank transfer whichever you prefer.
Pricing for Children
Children under 6 travel free
Children over 6 pay 50% providing there are at least two guests paying full fare.
Currency conversion
Our prices are quoted in US$ for guest convenience, we will convert to VND based upon the applicable bank conversion rate on the day of the booking. The Vietcom bank conversion rate will be shown on your booking confirmation.
