In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled by Explore My Vietnam a full refund will be provided,
If the guest cancels the tour more than 24 hours before the start time, a full refund will be provided,
If cancelled less than 24 hours a 50% cancellation fee is payable. Except if the tour is cancelled because of heavy rain a full refund will be provided.
What’s provided in the tour price?
Hotel pickup and drop off,
Cold water and soft drinks,
Icebox for any beverages you bring like beer, wine or fruit juice,
All-inclusive pricing so there are no surprise additional costs. The tour price includes coffee stops, entrance fees, lunch costs (unless specifically excluded), hotel accommodation (overnight tours), road tolls.
Experienced English speaking driver/guide.
What’s not included in the tour price?
Some tour do not include the cost of lunch, this is because there may be several restaurants to choose from or a range of food choices. We want to give you the flexibility to decide,
Tips or gratuities,
Drinks you purchase in restaurants like beer or wine.
Will the tour include stops at tourist souvenir traps?
DEFINITLY NOT, we never include stops at places where tour guides receive commission for bringing their guests or encouraging them to buy.
On some tours like Marble Mountains there are many shops that sell souvenirs and marble products, if you want to look in these shops you are welcome to do that but our guides will never encourage or pressure you to do so.
Do you have car seats for children?
Yes, we can provide an infant (12 months – 4 years) safety capsule (safe and sound) or a booster seat for older children. There is no additional cost for this service.
I have a dietary requirement, can you assist?
Yes, we understand that some guest may be allergic to certain food items like peanuts, or you may be vegetarian or vegan. Please let us know when you book and we will make sure your needs are catered for.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend that you bring, sunscreen, sunglasses, a wide brimmed hat and comfortable walking shoes.
