We are passionate about giving you a memorable holiday experience. We want you to take away happy memories of central Vietnam. In every tour we do, we will do our very best to ensure you experience our beautiful country, culture and gracious people.

Who are We?

Explore My Vietnam is owned and operated by husband and wife team Son and Thao Dao. Our family have taken foreign visitors on tours in central Vietnam for over 16 yeas. We know the roads and trails like the back of our hands and we like nothing better than to use our knowledge to show you our country, its people and beautiful landscapes. We aim to immerse you in the culture of Vietnam and in particular the splendour of rural life.

Our family started by providing Easy-rider motorbike tours and this is still a central core of our business but we realised that not everyone likes to ride on a motorbike in Vietnam, even though our drivers have never had a single accident while touring with foreign guests. So we now offer 4 or 7 seater air-conditioned cars, ex-military open air jeeps or even a 16 seater mini bus for larger groups. One of the unique features of our tours is that your group can choose more than one mode of transport. Some may like air-conditioned comfort while others may want to join the tour by motorbike or jeep, the choice is yours.

What makes us different?

Guest care

Whichever mode of transport you choose you can be rest assured that our principal concern is your safety, enjoyment and being attentive to your needs and concerns. This is reflected in the way we drive, the way the vehicles and bikes are maintained, the simple things like plenty of cold drinks, spare sunscreen, rain ponchos etc. We even have infant and child seats that will be fitted into the cars or minivan whenever requested. Oh and we do not use a mobile phone while we drive.

English speakers

While we do not claim to be native speakers you will have no difficulty communicating with us. We love a joke and to share information with you. We want you to have a great experience so good communication skills is essential. Every tour will have at least one driver/guide who can speak English well.

Value for money

We know that your holiday time is limited and when you take a tour you expect it to be a rewarding experience. You expect to get what you pay for and what is advertised, we make sure you do. We share a passion for providing tours that create memories that last for the rest of your life. We think our pricing model is unique in that we reward larger groups with big discounts for more than two guests.

While we have a number of standard tours we are very happy to create a trip to your specific requirements. Just tell us what you would like to do, we will create a tour for you at a very competitive price. We believe we pack more into our tours than others, we always try harder to give you the best experience.
